Let’s look at what you’re hoping could change.
I work with adults who are considering psychedelics or making sense of an experience they’ve already had. We begin with what brings you here, what has helped you so far, and what you’re still trying to understand. From there, we can think through your options, prepare for an experience, or work with what it has brought up.
We can start here.
We look at the approaches you’re curious about, what the research supports, and the questions that matter in your circumstances. We also consider timing, expectations, and the support available to you. Questions about medical suitability and medications need input from a qualified clinician.
For finding a considered next step, without pressure to have an experience.
We talk through what you hope to explore, any concerns you have, and what you would want a provider or facilitator to understand about you. That includes boundaries, how you prefer to be supported, and practical plans for rest and support afterward.
For approaching an experience with more clarity, agency, and support.
An experience can feel profoundly meaningful and still take time to understand. We can explore what changed, what was difficult, and what you want to carry into your life. Sometimes the next step is a conversation, a boundary, or noticing a familiar reaction earlier. Sometimes there is more to understand before deciding what to do.
For making sense of what happened and exploring what comes next.
How we begin
Send me a little about what brings you here. We’ll discuss the support you’re looking for, whether my approach fits, and the format, timing, and cost before you commit. If we work together, we’ll agree on a starting point and keep checking what is useful.
NONCLINICAL SUPPORT FOR ADULTS.
