Claire is a Somatic Psychedelic Facilitator who supports adults exploring psychedelics, preparing for an experience, or making sense of one they’ve already had. She takes time to understand what someone hopes might change, what gives them pause, and what has helped them so far. Her work combines conversation and attention to the body, with the pace and direction of sessions decided together.
Her interest in this work is personal. Living with complex PTSD, she spent years in therapy, reading, reflecting, and gradually feeling better. Healing was an unraveling: real progress alongside places that still felt difficult to reach. MDMA shifted one of those places with a speed and depth that changed her understanding of what might be possible.
She also knows that suffering can be severe without looking convincing from the outside. For a long time, questioning whether it was really that bad became part of what kept her stuck. Believing her own experience helped her find more honest ways to care for herself, work with her limits, and begin changing.
Claire’s curiosity did not begin with MDMA, but the experience changed the direction of it. She had already explored altered states. What surprised her was how calm, present, and recognizably herself she felt. It opened a question she has kept following: what else might she have misunderstood about what was possible?
Her writing follows that question into clinical research, personal accounts, and the larger subjects these experiences can bring into view: consciousness, relationships, spirituality, and how we live together. She brings psychology studies, residential behavioral health experience, and somatic learning to that inquiry. She is interested in what an experience feels like from the inside, while remaining careful about what it can establish beyond one person’s life.
WORKING WITH CLAIRE
We begin with where you are.
Working with Claire begins with a conversation about what brings you here and what you would find useful. That might be a question about an experience you are considering, something you are still trying to understand from a previous one, or a familiar pattern you want to approach differently.
She asks before introducing an exercise and checks how it is landing. You can choose what to share, ask questions, or change direction. She adjusts in response to what you tell her and what you notice together.
An experience can change how you see yourself and still leave you with questions. Together, you can consider what felt meaningful, what remains unsettled, and what deserves attention in everyday life.
Claire’s services are nonclinical education, breathwork, and integration support; they do not include psychotherapy, medical treatment, or supplying or administering psychedelics.
